If you are registered for only one night per week (ex: Mondays), and you cannot attend a class; coming to a Thursday night class is not permitted.

This fitness conditioning program was created, developed, and is taught by Master Derek Lee Sadler (PFT, SPS, NCCP, CAN-FIT-PRO, TWIST CONDITIONING, WTF), a 5th Dan Black Belt, Owner, and Head Instructor of Precision Martial Arts Academy with over 26 years of martial arts education and experience.
Derek is well known for his high energy, contagious enthusiasm and passion for teaching and helping others. His dedication to developing skilled, productive, and respectful students is unsurpassed. Derek strives to uphold the highest standards in martial arts and fitness education with integrity, compassion, and care.
Classes incorporate Kick-boxing and Taekwondo concepts with dynamic core strength and fitness training. You will increase and improve your muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, core strength (abs, back, glutes), and flexibility. Utilizing your mind/body connection, become proficient, powerful, and confident with all the applied techniques. This class provides a fun, yet challenging training experience, with several training options and modifications for every fitness level. Try your best, have fun, and challenge yourself.
