Mondays & Thursdays @ 6:30 to 7:45 p.m.

6 Week Sessions

$120.75 (1x/week) or $217.35 (2x/week: Includes gst & 10% discount)

Drop-in fee per class = $25 + gst (SPACE PERMITTING)

* Mondays: September 13, 20, 27, October 18, 25, November 1

* No classes on Oct 4 or 11 as I will be overseas in Asia competing at the World TKD Championships.

** Thursdays: September 9, 16, 23, 30, October 21, 28

** No classes on Oct. 7 or 14 as I will be overseas in Asia competing at the World TKD Championships.

Please note: The scheduled dates as stated above may change in September as I find out my travel itinerary to Uzbekistan.

Session 2

Mondays: November 8, 15, 22, 29, December 6, 13

Thursdays: November 4, 18, 25, December 2, 9, 16 (No class on Nov. 11)

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Monday classes are not scheduled on Statutory Holidays! 

  • There will be no make up classes, class credit, or refunds once registered!

  • If you are registered for only one night per week (ex: Mondays), and you cannot attend a class; coming to a Thursday night class is not permitted.

This fitness conditioning program was created, developed, and is taught by Master Derek Lee Sadler (PFT, SPS, NCCP, CAN-FIT-PRO, TWIST CONDITIONING, WTF), a 5th Dan Black Belt, Owner and Head Instructor of Precision Martial Arts Academy with over 28 years of martial arts education and experience. 

Derek is well known for his high energy, contagious enthusiasm and passion for teaching and helping others.  His dedication to developing skilled, productive, and respectful students is unsurpassed.  Derek strives to uphold the highest standards in martial arts and fitness education with integrity, compassion, and care.

Classes incorporate Kick-boxing and Taekwondo concepts with dynamic core strength and fitness training. You will increase and improve your muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, core strength (abs, back, glutes), and flexibility. Utilizing your mind/body connection, YOU WILL become proficient, powerful, and confident with all the applied techniques.
